CHILD CARE RATES:                                           
Four (4)-hour minimum (minimum hours may increase depending on location)
1 Child                      $16.00 per hour                           
2 Children                 $18.00 per hour                           
3 Children                 $20.00 per hour                           
4 Children                 $25.00 per hour                           

(Plus Hawaii state tax of 4.712%, and any applicable miscellaneous charges, i.e. transportation/parking fees).

There is an additional $5 per hour for requests made with less than three (3) hours notice.  The late reservation fee will also be assessed if request for sitter service is placed after 6pm and you require a sitter before 11am the next morning.  We request a 24-hour notice, however childcare service depends on availability.

There is a deposit fee required to hold reservations for childcare services exceeding 20 hours.  Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled with less than ten (10) days notice.

Direct cash payment is made to sitter at the end of each assignment, with receipt issued to client.

COMBINED FAMILY RATE:
There is an additional charge of $5 per hour when two (2) families are combining children into one room.  Please contact our office for hourly rate when three (3) or more families will be combining children into one room with one sitter.  Additional sitter(s) may be required to meet our child-to-sitter ratio.

CANCELLATION FEE:
A $50.00 cancellation fee is due if request is cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to scheduled start time (48-hrs requested on holidays, during a conference/convention, and the month of December).

The minimum hours at confirmed rate plus travel fee will be assessed if confirmed reservation is cancelled three (3) hours prior to start time, or cancelled after 6pm the night before for a morning job starting before 11am, and/or provider reports to assignment and is not needed.

HOLIDAY RATE:
There is an additional fee on holidays (Valentine's Day, President's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day).   Christmas & New Year's Eve 2007

Rates may vary depending upon individual needs/situations, and are subject to change.

24-hour notice is requested for reservations (or changes to existing reservations).
