HOLIDAY RATES FOR DECEMBER 2007
Christmas
Eve/Christmas Day/New Year's Day (4-hour minimum)
$25/hr (+ travel/parking fee and tax) for one child, $10/hr for each
additional sibling.
New Year's Eve
(4-hour minimum)
$50/hr (+ travel/parking fee and tax)) for one child.
$10/hr for each additional sibling.
$20/hr
for each additional child
when families are combining children into one room.
Note:
A $200 deposit is due by December 15, 2007 to hold a New Year's Eve reservation. Deposit will be applied toward payment. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled after December 20th.
Cancellation fee during the holidays:
There is a 48-hr notice required for a cancellation during the holidays from December 1-January 2.
The minimum hours at confirmed rate plus travel fee will be assessed if confirmed reservation is cancelled three (3) hours prior to start time, or cancelled after 6pm the night before for a morning job starting before 11am, and/or provider reports to assignment and is not needed.
